And what does Fantastico do??

And a list of added cool features would be cool and what they do

most of its self explanitory, athogh im not deffit what the updated added as most host doing give you everything, athogh i think theres more to the scripts libary,

Fransico is a script intsalling system to auto install forums, or CMS etc

Well theres no big difference between cpanel 9 and 10 its just cpanel 10 is the latest stable version.

if you just click install it'll be installed to the site not your computer, it'll be using up your webspace and a mysql database.
