Does anyone know how i can download everything on my PhpMyAdmin acount at once?

you can do it in cpanel backup part...

it will download all the database tables.

I Dont have cPanel:(

Is there any other way i can download my Tables/File's on there?

Yes,

its easy, go to the database u want, click export,

tick the 'Save as file' and export :)
