CSS help

Hey!

I have designed a new template for my website, www.habbo-plasto.com (http://www.habbo-plasto.com). I need some help on how to code it in css. I only know HTML so I have no idea how to code css. I need to code v9 in css so it will work on e107 or joomla. If anyone can help me code it in css or someone that can code it for me.. that would be GREAT!

I have read many of them but no help what so ever :S there just weird ones telling me how to put text onto a page.. I already know how to do that :S
