I had a keylogger on my PC So I CFH for a Moderator.
To my help came MOD-Neo, and he safety banned the acount.

1 week later my PC was clean and ready for my acount, so I used the form to contact habbo. 2 hours later i got the auto responder, and I replyed.
I waited 3 days. Sent a other one, so on...

It Has now been 3 Months!

Everytime I ask a habbo staff they pass the Habbo Player Support to a different Office Staff.

Habbo Is very Un organised an needs to get there customer help sorted quick!

the only way to get it off quicker is to get a habbo staff member to do it. well thats what every1 says but i can't find none :( i've got a friend who knows lost-witness and she is gonna ask him to unban my account 1 day.

I never needed my account to be safety banned before so I'm lucky, I've been playing Habbo since 2001 and I have never been scammed/hacked/keylogged :)

I've had like 40 safety bans for me attempting to leave habbo :p

Well, I have UKchaserAl on my f/l I messaged him and he said "Iam office staff but Iam not support staff.

I spoke to Impetuous, She is also staff and said the same! Lost_witness is suppose to be support staff but he hasnt been on in a month!

Now.

Where does that leave me?

i have lost hope on my account :@

i feel like quitting habbo lol. that account had all meh furni on it, something likr 50 hcs and a load of norms. habbo is rubbish with safety bans if they don't even check the emails
edit** i am gonna bring it up in soapbox lol. thats if i can get in :@

WAYHEY* Can you give me any tips?

Yeah, what i did was:

1. Send office staff an email under "I'm a parent"
2. In the email say something like:

"Hello,
Recently MY SON had a safety ban on :luckyrare and he would like to be unband now please. We have cleared all the viruses on out computer so it is safe for my son to log on again :)

Thank you.

Staff always reply under "I'm a parent" :p
And you have to say "my son" because your sending it under im a parent. Also you can't take any short cuts when typing like"
u; you have to say; you.

Well, I asked to be safety banned 'cos I thought I had a keylogger on my Pc. And, to my amazement, 6 months on, I can still log on!

Call For Help and have an On Duty MOD remove it...They say that they cannot remove ANY ban but i should know for 2 reasons:
1) My uncle is a Mod and removed my safety ban
2) Also MOD-Mandi removed a safety ban of mine

Lmao, good advice but hes probably sorted it by now as
youve just bumped a thread 7 months old :o
