Even though we have the power to turn the filter off, i have recently found out (by doing this my self) that if you type more than 6 numbers it still comes up with bobba... so the filter is not completly turned off..

also when you try to type an email address it also filters.. I guess this is for your own protection.

go to your habbo's settings then scroll down and untick the box.
