Well, Early 2006 I noticed a little clock on clubhabbo homepage, wich looked like this;

Its a bit of GD most likely, ive seen a number of tutorials on doing it that way at least, just use google. All it does is do some math from the time then draw on the hands in GD on to ya clockface img.
