Hi i am playing on making a new virtual world like habbo we have many ideas like login and all that, we need some graphic designers that can work from scractch we only have a couple at the moment and we need some programers :D.

Well at the moment we cannot disclose much information, But To all who have VERY high graphics skills and know or are familiar with director's Lingo, please PM me ASAP. I am the founder and owner of this new up-and-coming-community and I'm seeking out the best of the best graphics designers and pixel artists. An Example of the quality needed is Luggruff's Coca cola machine.

And for all you graphics designers and pixel artists who think they have what it takes: PM or Email me with samples or examples =D

Anyway, Fortunately the team's work is voluntary, so no one is paid but will be rewarded with a moderation/staff job when it opens. So then we dont have to worry about wages. The hosting Wont be a problem as one of the team members is hosting us as a favour to the team. The domain does not cost much so that isn't really too bad. Anyway, If we ever did need money, I'm sure the team would help raise it as we have all become very close and we believe in this project.

I've seen projects like this pulled off by only 1 person as a personal project. I believe we can do it if we try hard.

I really appreciate the interest Bluetails and Zac-x, but at the moment we are still in the construction stages so moderator places are not yet open. However, If you have previous moderation experience and/or are a very honest, caring person, you may be eligible for a place as a moderator :).

I do not know yet when we will be open, but if you want to speed up the process then you can refer your friends (with director/pixel art skills or anyone that may know these type of people) to this thread. This way we will be able to complete the site sooner. :p

Answers for :Woof ...

Opening date We don't know yet, the aim was end of this year, but i really don't know anymore.
As for previews, there are none so far, but when i buy the Domian at the end of this month (End of my exams) there may be some on the Temporary site.
Site: Temporary site should be up near the end of this month/beginning of next.
If I told you the name of the mods it may give away the site name a bit, so again, you'll have to wait a bit...

I'm afraid I can't give out preview or a name right now for copyright reasons. :( Sorry.
As for Priviews/Ideas - Why don't some of the members submit some :D. I like involvement...

Well since you "Demand":

The Mods will not be payed "real world" money, but they will be payed with our own virtual currency. They will also have powers over other users, eg. to ban them, warn them, get into locked rooms, etc.
They may also have unique clothes to moderators. I'd rather they didn't think of it as a job though, but as a hobby or pastime. I'm not keen on formal work environments.

The nomal mods will be identified by some sort of symbol next to their picture or name. I don't see the Point in putting "Mod" in the name. It labels you, and labels are no good.
The currency has yet to be discussed, but we are not yet sure of a name, nor a value.

You seem to be under the impression that this is a debate. It isn't. This is merely for you to ask questions and find out a bit about this. And obviously there are certain things I cannot tell for copyright reasons, etc. and i've said that about 3 times already.
This thread is also so we can find people with some talent in certain fields of webdesign, animation and graphics - particularly Director and picxel art.

So I really don't favour your opinion of "if it will work" nor do I care what it is.
