there is 3 pins in use. so you will be able to use it when 1 of the pin in use expire.

If you have 3pins in use, you get a message saying there is already 3pins in use.
This says there is 3 Unused pins. In other words the person who you bought off has sold more than 3 pins that have not been used.

Lol until those are used you cant use your pin im guessing :)
