It's at port sarim, ask the void knight to take you to their outpost. And I recommend you have 60+ atk and 60+ str as I don't think you'll get very far.

Go to port sarim south of Falador

Walk along the pier south then east and there will be some squires with staffs. Talk and they will ship you to the Pest control Island.

Do I loose my items?

Nope you just respawn inside the minigame

Just kill the monsters?

You need to kill the portals and protect the guy in the middle of it all.

You destroy the portals that let monsters out , the monsters will attack the void knight in the middle , you need to protect him by killing the monsters and destroying the portals.
Game is low risk , so0 when you die you go back to the boat attached to the island

I wouldn't suggest you going at your level as well you won't get a good world and will get moaned at alot.
