Who can put my template in Joomla?

Hey I have coded my new template in html for my website www.habbo-plasto.com (http://www.habbo-plasto.com) the url to the template is www.habbo-plasto.com/v9/main.html (http://www.habbo-plasto.com/v9/main.html). I need some help on getting it into Joomla! It used to be on e107 and I still have the PHP code. Is there anyway of using the same code for joomla? If theres not can someone help me code it in css? ty xD
