No.

Scouts don't have computers and don't wear them shorts and hats anymore.

In scouting groups, you have games of football, go on camps and do water sports and loads more.

Actually, it started out as 'Cub-Scouts', 100 years ago. Then, more recently, they changed all of the new badge system (who remembers triangle badges?), and changed the sections. It's now: Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network, Fellowship.

I've been a Beaver, Cub and Scout. I recently got my "7-year" participation badge. I hardly go to Scouts anymore, but I am a young-leader for a cub pack. My name is Bagheera :8 (They use names of the characters of people in the Jungle Book).

I'm not "embarresed" to be a Scout, but I don't go around shouting it out. If someone asks me, I say yes, obviously. However, I do wear one of those bands that says 'Essex Scouts - Join The Adventure' - hey, why not?
