Two bumps on left hand?

Just now, I noticed two little bumps on my hand that looked like veins of some sort. They were soft and went down for awhile when I pushed them in.

Are these normal?

I get them on the back of my hand. Does it feel kind of hard and move around? If so, nothing to worry about I got it checked and its "loose cartalidge(sp?)" or something and after a while it'll wear away :)
