Couldn't sleep...

Do you ever get like voices in your head when your trying to sleep ? I had that all night I usally sleep in till about 11.30 but today I got up at 8.30 because the voices wouldn't go away. May I add morning tv is awful there nothing on !!! Yeah back to my original question do you ever get like voices in your head when your trying to sleep?

Yeah I listen to my iPod when I go asleep.
I just listen to my blues playlist and I hit the deck like a tonne of bricks

no because I normally I konk out straight away its just last night I didn't I just kept thinking about things and i don't know why.

i think i get what you mean. not really voices, but like you keep thinking about very specific stuff and can't stop concentrating on them? that happens to me a lot during the summer.

sounds nothing like Schizophrenia apart from the fact than he hears voices, which in the way he described them didn't even seem to be in the same context as what a schizophrenic person would hear. :l
