be cheaper if you cut oaks at rimmington and get your servent to saw them

if you have demon you end up paying 302gp per plank + wc exp wich is ok exp really

My house looks like a shack. Spent maybe 2-4 mill on it. Level 63 con. Gonna spend more to get lvl 75 construction
