The selling of Habbo Hotel items for real life money is not supported on the Forum, and nore is it supported by Habbo Hotel. I explained that to you already.

As for the VIP, they are swapping the Furniture in exchange for membership on this Forum. At no point are they receiving money for their furniture, at all, or in anyway, shape or form.

The selling and/or buying of Habbo Hotel furniture has never been allowed. Even when done on eBay, the auctions are removed by Sulake themselves, as it breaches copyright. Habbox would like to stay open, so don't allow it.

This Forum isn't a Runescape community, so the decision was made to allow the selling of Runescape millions, or items, for money, allowed.

As said above though, that's at your own risk, and the no Name and Shame policy applies, if you get scammed.

This isn't a thread to discuss infractions, there is a sticky for that.

As for swapping Habbo furniture, you're allowed to trade it into Runescape, at your own risk. To put it plain and simple: Selling Habbo items for real money is not allowed. Selling Habbo accounts for anything, is not allowed, either. (Not even runescape)

He has an interesting point. Although I think he's breathing a bit too much meaning into it. Most people have no credit card or the such to pay for VIP, and the oppurtunity to buy VIP via habbo furniture is an option that most people appreciate and are prepared to take the risk for. Sulake haven't complained, habbox have brought in revenue, people have VIP, who's complaining?

You forget, Jagex take out alot of ebay items such as " rs gp sales, acc sales, plvl services" on ebay everyday and have closed down multiple rs cheating sites and rs gp sites.

I didn't forget that, I'm fully aware of that. The decision to allow the selling of Runescape items for money was made by management, as they decided that as we are not afflated with Jagex, we do not have to go by their rules, from what I know. Blizzard is the same, with World of Warcraft gold sales.
