Well I've downloaded a new software called WorldUnlock codes calculator, from download.com. I know the software isnt a scam or anything. But this software allows me to unlock any phones I have if its locked to a network. As you have probably already worked out I'm not paying for this which usually is the case. Is this illegal? Im 13 lol I dont wanna get in any trouble do I???! Tested it on my D600 which ill be getting rid of soon so I'm not botherd but Im getting a k550i from carphone warehouse and it's on I dunno which network which makes it cheaper to buy, and if I buy that and unlock it on this software it will make this alot easier for me coz i want it but august 1st and ill have that amount to buy it how much carphonewarehouse are offering without having to buy an orange one at 109 pounds. What do you sujest? Should I go along with it, or will I get in trouble with police etc lol..
Just go along with it who cares.

i dont think so because you can unlock your phone by going to ppl and paying, and i dont think they get caught/arrested or anything. so your doing it yourself and saving money.
i dont think you will get done, but im not 100%

I do it all the time, no big deal. I do it for friends, Parents friends, friends of friends... I've not been caught have I?
I don't think it's illegal anyway. It's your phone, you can do what you want with it.

Its legal to unlock phones so they work on other networks but its illegal if you are changing imei number which is what they use to lock stolen/lost phones when you report it to your network.

I used to have a program like this too (got it off eBay for £0.99). It is illegal but no-one will find out so who cares?
