Instead of situps do stomach crunchers. Basically you just lift your shoulders off the floor because when you do sit-ups there's time to relax at the top. With stomach crunchers, you don't get to relax at the top.

Metric.

Sit ups && stuff. Maybe you should get a trainer for a day, learn what you need to do, then drop the trainer && continue what you need to do to build that stomache. But first you need to be committed to it. I know a lot of celebrities do that. Get a trainer && then learn everything, drop it, continue their workout. It's quite simple, saves money.

Situps are pointless if you arn't doing them right. Do Crunches instead, they are a tiny bit easier than a full situp but just as helpfull anyway. Do 100 crunches a day. And quite frankley, if you arn't doing them right then nothing will happen.

Breath out when you go up, unless your stomach muscles go out and you look like you are bloated.. rather than them staying sort of straight and look toned more.

If you havn't already I'd join the gym, theres an awesome machine which really works your stomach area to tone it up, just pushing down with your shoulders and at home I would recommend what others have, situps etc.

As BBS ^^ said, try the gym, it is usually around 50 quid a month but is worth it as you get access to everything, and you get alot of help too. :):D
