Whos flaming? And wow, obviously if the accounts where locked it was your fault. And that account "The Welshy" or something like that, that was obviously your fault with the appeal messages. And you don't just ask to use RuneScape accounts because your too lazy you wanna buy/use forum accounts with high rep. It's only rep, geez.
