Well I don't really know anything about vbulletin, but making websites is easy if you just get a program like dreamweaver.

Well i'm pretty sure one of the jobs for forum managers is to create / edit skins :rolleyes:
Just change the background and all the other images to habbo related ones and change the colour scheme to something thats related to habbo and suites the images.
