Ok i have made a page for my site where it says , GangsterZ Bliss is currently loading then it has a bar i made underneath, and within a few seconds the page re-directs you to another page.

But how would i make the red bit on the bar move, will it have to be done in flash?If so could someone please do it for me?

I Could make it move in animation thats no problem, but im just wondering if there's a better way.

Probably. But kane flash is possible. Javascript is possible.
