How long do you think it'll take to take action?
Im running in a relay infront of the whole school tomorrow and my tutor group really wants to win , I just need to know how long before my event i should drink it.

have 1 2 hours before, then 1 hour before then just before ;__ - 2 hours will give it time to kick in and make u hyper ready to run... 1 hour before give it a boosts... 1 before the race will be like zoooooom

1 1 hour before the race, and drink one for like 10 mins 30 mins before the race... If you understand that...

Like the others said, I'd have one a little while before the race and some about 5 mins before the race, but don't bloat yourself up with it because you might feel sick when running with liquids flowing everywhere in your stomach.

about 1 hour before.
after u have the 3 like I said have an actimel or w/e to get rid of blotation xD

just don't drink too much end up needing to pee so badly you run the wrong way and end up at the toilet.

also take a relentess for BEFORE the race aswell that stuff is amazing gave me loooads of stamina
