Today I bought c&c3 for the 360 from a guy at the town market, I checked the case and disc and it looked fine. I get it home and its a bloody German version of the game with no option to change language. :@

Yeah. The market can be a bit dodgy sometimes as demonstrated here especially when it comes to electronics and CDs/games.
