Hey, Does pay pal or does pay pal not take money of you when you send it?

Like say i sent Someone £1.00 Would They Get the full £1.00 or 0.75p or something?

cos i sent someone £1.50 and they said i only sent them £1.25 cos thats all they received please answer.
