I'm not sure it's as simple as saying "taking drugs makes you infertile" - it may be a side effect of some drugs so find out more info on the ones you're concerned with.

Getting drunk or taking drugs is very unlikely to act as contraception (although it may well harm the baby :I), so basically the answer's no.

If you want to avoid pregnancy use a condom or go on the pill.
