I am trying to create a file uploading system for a little project of mine and i get this error
Warning: move_uploaded_file(*REMOVED*/1184093600.png) [function.move-uploaded-file (http://www.habmania.co.uk/upload/function.move-uploaded-file)]: failed to open stream: HTTP wrapper does not support writeable connections. in /home/*REMOVED*/public_html/upload/index.php on line 39

The folder i am uploading to is CHMOD'ed to 0777.
