What Site To Do?

Right I can't decide which FORUM based site to do so I decided to ask you as I will never make my mind up.

Some of my ideas:-

Talkteenz.com - A teens site where you will be able to chat, play games and discuss all your latest homeworks which you really want to do :). Maybe some guides to help though :).

SimDiscussion.com - A mixed SimCity 4 / Sims 2 forum where you can discuss all the latest happenings and updates which are happening on them.

HabForum.com - Continue It.

VBToolbox.net (Dont own yet) - A VBulletin site where you will be able to get guides and skins for you to use on your site to make as good as it possibly can be.

Other Idea - Please state below.

Please reply which what I should do and no I havn't included a poll as I didn't want one.

VBToolbox - probs considering u dont give ppl hacks considering its kind of naughty:)

otherwise continue with habforum hire a co-owner who is active, dedicated and so fourth, lots of events and so much more !

Ok, I think I may go ahead with VBToolbox.net and will require some assistance with it. Also, I have decided that if you make a GOOD premium skin which you want sold you can have 100% of the money created off that skin as I'm not a nasty person and money doesn't mean everything to me.
