I'm getting seriously tired of people making offers and then not keeping with them. Especially when it's the "Head Rare Values Reporter" that's doing it.

Don't know why you edited my post saying I didn't supply any more information. The point of my post was to say that the current offer was lower than what I said because some people don't keep their words.
