Hard to find i find lol, I sold 3 in Trade City for 1HC along with a shutter door which i also got a HC for. I guess people pay depending on how much they need it.

If its to finish off a room people can be desprate and buy for loads.. If your trading somone who isnt too rich you wont get that good of a deal :o
