Its only an idea as of yet,
im thinking of making a website where website owners can place a little php include code on their website which will check our list of scammers and will ban scammers from entering your website.
Scammers will be added by people reporting them using a report form on the website.
I was thinking theres no point wasting time on it if nobody is interested so one question, would you be interested?

Anyone could report any ip, weather they did anything or not? Theres no way of identifing what really happened, so alot of innaccent people will ened up being banned.
Most Ips rotate so the scammers will have a differnt ip each time and u will agian be banning people who did nothing wrong "/

Both how you plan it to work and the use of ip banning make it pretty ineffective "/

I'm not stupid, I know what a blacklist is. Just the way he emplied it, and he's not even read the full post to take in what he is discussing. =/
