Thanks to you and your money grabbing ways the most popular and perhaps most active sub forum (Smiddys Shack) has been deleted.
You guys are failige fails.

Due to its popularity and having one of the longest threads that isn't one of those stupid games on the forum leniency is demanded.
You better have a backup for it or something as it's completely ridiculous for you to completely destroy one of the most popular areas of the forum without a personal warning to its owner and posters.

We are all appalled by your actions and seek some amount of redemption.
Here's what a few members of the group have to say
"you guys are ******* *******s"
"you all suck balls"
"you have made me depressed"
"because of you, i cannot sleep at night since I always think about the KL krew"
"you've ruined my life and I threaten to sue"

Another important point was raised, the fact that after a member who retained his VIP membership and had a sub forum before the payment system was imposed would keep the sub forum until they lose their VIP membership. Smiddy still has his VIP membership - but why no forum?
This thread is to be taken in all seriousness. I want an explanation.

Please restore our forum, our home and most importantly, our broken hearts.

Because your not VIP, they do that as soon as you run out of VIP. They just did it to me too.

I dunno they just deleted a whole lot of subforums today, most people were still VIP and got their subforums deleted (like smiddy)

Smiddy has been contacted, so I am not sure what you are on about. Smiddy's forum isnt deleted, just hidden until he decides whether or not he will pay for the sub forum addon :).

VIPs no longer get a sub forum. They can pay for the sub forum addon. This has been the case for 3-4 months now :). If your VIP was bought before it was announced months ago, you keep a sub forum until that very subscription runs out and you have to get a new one.

If it's hidden it means if we know the URL, we can still get to it. Not that I'm part of the Kl Krew. But if you know the forum ID then you can still access it? Anyone got it in their signature?

I didn't say that. :S I think you must have misread. On a vBulletin, if you hide a forum under the specific forum options, you can still access it if you have the URL. I'm just saying. :)

t is the first one.. because it was changed by one month due to me getting easter vip.
and it is a american date order.

The vip was brought for me back in feburary - but i got easter vip, and asked nvr to pause my black vip until the other finished - it was originally due to finish in july.
This is why the top date is 5 months not 6

It was a 6 month subscription but i had easter vip in the middle and asked for the black vip to be paused until the easter had finished - hence why it is a 5 month one.

Like i said.. I got 6 months vip from nvr - which he brought for me.

so i still need my sub forum - or a vip extension ;)

Well there actualy was a warning as it was said in the vip section that subforums would be deleted soon and you had to pay to keep yours :p

Actually, we would prefer people didn't buy sub forums so we don't have so many sub-forums to deal with etc. We didn't split them up to make more money, instead we wanted to decrease the number of sub forums as much as possible so that people that really wanted one would get one (by paying).

What the ****? That is so unfair! After all Thomas has done for Habbox why should he have to pay? How much is a subforum anyway, I'm sure Thomas' money he should have got from his habbox jobs will cover it. :rolleyes_ This is an outrage!

I agree that as an immensely popular Forum it should be restored and treated like a normal Forum - we don't have to pay to have the others so the popular ones should remain.

I'm quite amazed at this actually, it now costs £9 to get nothing new (the newest thing I believe was the Arcade?) whereas we could get that before for a reasonable £4.50; now if you raised the price of 6 months VIP to £6 (£1 a month..) and kept the sub-forums, I think that would of been much more suitable... (if you really had to change it at all).

The point is not to get more money, we have enough money to pay for our servers at the moment.
The point is we want to dramatically bring down the number of subforums, as vBulletin warns the performance of the forum goes down when the total amount of (sub)forums is too large.
I think we should keep the large and popular subforums permanently for free though, maybe if the ones that contain a certain number of posts and already existed before we started charging for them.

OOh i wouldn't mess with these guys... heavyweight and not normally complaining. :O

You know if you bought a TV with a 12month guarantee a guy doesn't appear at the door 6 months later to say yea you can still have the TV but you can't use it unless you pay extra.

Hope Sierk's comments are taken onboard because their are very few active sub-forums and they do deserve some consideration here unlike the majority of people who make one and virtually never post again! Take this one... it seems rather forlorn.
