Yup, and fishing ive hardly seen anyone trading hcs for 80k anymore. My offer will be 70k per hc and judging by whats in that room, and the 'tradeability' of me taking 99% of it unpure, my offer will be 380k.

I would offer more, however some items in there wouldnt trade for their valuation. Im also offering alittle less as most of it is unpure, and i am going to be taking the whole room off your hands. Ill give ethier 380k as stated cash, or 280 and dragon battleaxe.
