200k.. Rune full sets. Buy 150k sell in World 1 behind varrock bank for 200k. Do this till you get atleast 3M, then start merchanting barrow sets and parts.

I honestly have to say when I was at 200k and such I merchanted treasure trail items. I ended up making 2 mask sets off it later to lose to staking.

you basically just buy what looks cheap, like someone selling 50k below and then sell high.
