This came about when I was Manager, but failed.

It was introduced by 8Freak8 as a "Prize" so we didnt have to give anything away really.
Butt due to the fact that we'd used so many colours already, we were restricted to vile colours.

So nobody wanted it really; and no managers were willing to give away a prize as crap as that xD

So it was never used, it's called the "Habbox Winners" user group or something.
