Over the last 3 months or so, my eyesight hasn't been as good. It's abit blurry than it use to be when I was younger. In everyday life it's alright, like on the street it ain't a problem or anything. However, in class if i'm sitting at the back it's hard to read the writing of the board etc.
What should I do about the problem?
- Go to optician
- Just sit at the front in class and see what happens
Or any other ideas?
ty;)

Go to an optician before it gets any worse, thats if they are damaged.

the obvious answer is go to the opticians as if you leave it, it will probably get worse.

Mainly it's just some things are blurry and it's hard seeing the board in class, that really sums my eye sight atm up in a line :P

If you cant get into the opticians for a while there are some ways to help.
using optrex eye bath - clears up infections in the eye and gets rid of dirt
More sleep
limited time on the computer
Food and Diet
• Consuming good amount of apple and grapes helps in improving
your eyesight.
• Vitamin A is very good for enhancing your eyesight. Carrots
have good quantity of vitamin A which proves to be one of the
useful natural treatments.
• Cucumber juice does wonders for your eyesight as it tries to
improve it immensely.
• Add spinach in your daily diet as Spinach contains iron,
vitamin A, B and C. It purifies your blood, increases the
hemoglobin and improves your eyesight.
• You can find good source of vitamin A in turnip, milk cream,
fresh milk, cheese, butter, tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, soya
beans, green peas, oranges and dates.
• An ayurvedic medicine name Triphala is considered to work
immensely in favor of your eyes.
• Consuming blueberry juice also considered to be very useful
for your eyes.
Exercises
• Close both the eyes very tightly by shutting the lids firmly.
Open them suddenly which allows you to feel the stretch. Once
open arch your brows and stretch your face. Repeat this several
times a day.
• Look as far as possible and inhale then look down as far as
possible and exhale. Blink your eyes more than dozen times. Do
the same procedure by turning to your left and right then
diagonally up to left, down to right, up to right and down to
left followed by rapid blinking.
• Rotate your eyes in all the directions. Slowly and steadily
concentrate one eye at a time. Do this exercise more than dozen
times and try doing this with your eyes shut.
• By using palming which can be stated as a revised version of
the thousand-year-old yoga tradition known was Hatha Yoga. It
relieves strain and stress from your mind and eyes which needs
the required break. For this you have to warm your hands by
rubbing them together vigorously. Once it’s warm cover the eye
without touching the eyelids. This relaxes the nerves and helps
in blood circulation.
• You can also try sunning which means to use sun's light for
your eyes. Move your head from side to side for the heat to
benefit the eyes. After a while try stretching the eyes to
allow more sunlight to your eyes. Directly looking at the sun
is never good. It is great method to reduce light sensitivity.
• Perform Netra Basti which is bathing your eyes with clarified
butter to reduce eye strain and to improve eyesight.

You might need glasses. Someone whose ability to see was for some reason deserting them complained about being made fun of if he got glasses, but you won't be. People might be interested at first, but the novelty will wear off.

Thankyou all.
especially Liam, will try eating some of them foods for sure, and limiting myself to the computer. Dunno about the excercises, I might try a couple though :)
Hopefully i'll be going to the opticians sometimes this week.

Opticians probably ain't neccesary. Opticians just wait until your nearly blind before they treat you. I had [have] the same problem. I struggled to read the board. I told my teacher and he said it's the position of the board. It was near the light or summink so the writing was blurry, but anyway it might just be that.

Yeah last two replys quite useful.
- At first. I do spend alot of time at the computer, when i'm at home it's all I do. TV is boring. Seems like ours is a similar problem, mine isn't as good as it use to be and it's down to the time I spend at the computer.
- Second - Know what you mean sorta, but I have lots of different classrooms, i'll go opticians anyway, only takes what half an hour and it will clear up stuff.

I went to the opticions today and i'm slightly short sighted and must wear glasses in class. Not bad really, but hopefully my eyesight will stay at that level, however it may get worse. Mines genetic really i think as my dad and brother are both short sighted. Thanks for help everyone.
