Need some free hosting to start a project

Hi, right, I'm in need of some free hosting to start a new project, which I have thoughts will go far. It is called the HabboWiki, which should be self explanatory. Now, I really don't want to pay for hosting at this time, as I'm not too sure if its going to fail or not. The person who does supply hosting may also apply for an administrator position if they wish, or even a Project Co-Manager or something along those lines (however, the more I say it it sounds noobier...).
