Need layout coding

These are my 2 first layouts i have ever made. And i would like to have them coded so i could use them for my habbo fansite that i will be making. I cannot offer any payment but i would love it if one of you could code one of them.

You can code either one i dont realy mind. Also you can but an advert on the page of your site and your copyright anyware on the site.
