Is it against the law to swear on the phone to someone and they report you?

You cant swear in a public place or if there are more than 2 people present.
Same goes for sex

If it was racist then proberbly but if not then nothing to worry about.

Nope, Ive swore down the phone to a police man... Not sounding rebelish as in '**** of pig' It was more of 'Oh ******* hell' type thing... Nothing will happen, doubt anyone would be so pathetic to report you for swearing down the phone to them anyway :P

Oh ye, im pretty close with my local force and they swear loads just not in a public place or to cameras

If it was racist, but if not then no. Everyone swears even cops which means they should be arrested too.

If they recorded it that would be illegal without asking your permission or stating the call is recorded straigh away.

If you are swearing abusively or threatening then yes action may be taken as I suppose it is harrasment.
