Shockwave player problme help please :)

everytime i try to log in a message pops up and says playback errors and it cannot continue so i cant log into the hotel how do i solve this ?

ermmm follow this steps...
go on to http://www.shockwave.com/help/faq_flashplayer.jsp#1.1
1. Unistall shockwave according to what type of computer you have e.g. if it is windows click Shockwave Player uninstaller (Windows) (http://download.shockwave.com/pub/shockwave/uninstaller/swuninstaller.exe) etc...
2. Follow the steps and read t.c
3. Restart comp if you are instructed to.
4. Download shockwave again (MAKE SURE TO DISABLE ANY NORTON ANTI VIRUS PROGRAM, WINDOWS DEFENDERS ETC... you know programs that protect your comp...)
5. The link for downloading shockwave again. http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/ (READ T.C AGAIN)
6. Problem solved hopefully if not, either pm or just write in forum.... if u need more help...

i think shockwave was just updated to a new version, maybe thats the problem. Following the steps posted by msb. will get you to the new version and therefore fix the bug. Good luck :)

no it did not work still got palyback errors :S
