Funky Fridays should have been renamed Frickin Futile Fridays when they upgraded to V14 to be honest! Every single week there is always (without fail) a rare worth over 20HC or of course, a Super rare. The whole point of Funky Friday was to reward people who knew the answer to questions set by members of staff with prizes which were related to the question/theme used. From what I can determine, for the past few months 'related' has become a word no longer used in Funky Fridays (thus the Frickin Futile Fridays, because you will never get a good Funky Friday which everyone will be pleased with).

I guess this is a rant yes, but damnit it's been on my mind for so long... Well every Friday anyway. For example, this weeks Funky Friday was based upon Habbowood. Now please tell me where the hell does a throne come into the Habbowood equation? Maybe I wouldn't mind if it was a Habbowood chair that they put in, since that'd be reasonable and would show they're being released soon anyway... Plus guess what, it's to do with the theme! :rolleyes: I know that many of you agree with me, and hell the people who agree with me may have 'exploited' this method of getting lots of 'furni' easily. It's a lost cause tbh, just a few of the spoilt brats wrecked it for the rest.

I'm sure even if you read the article, you'd realise the damn thing wouldn't be worth a rare! It's abismal, you could easily just make a "Hey, I'm gonna do a theme on Habbowood and yeah, want to win some stuff? Well just answer this question!" That's an instant throne :rolleyes: I especially laugh at the fact that people put a crappy reason the furniture is in the prize by saying stuff like "1x Throne - To get the royalty you deserve!" ... *sigh*

Oh and just so you know I am not victimising the maker of this weeks Funky Friday in any way at all, that is not my intention for this thread. It is to merely complain about the fact Funky Fridays are now just pointless. I reccomend people who wish to make a Funky Friday in the future to put a decent prize in which is related to the theme they have chosen. Don't put a random rare in and think of a reason it should be in just because 'you want a rare' out of making the article. If you want a rare from the thing and you can't decide which rare, leave it! And if you don't want to leave it, don't write an article!

I think some people who make the funky fridays do make good articles and good relevent rares as the prize but habbo always change the articles for whatever reason, i think it was last weeks part of the prize was a red dragon becuase of the fire temple part of the japan comp (i think) but this person didnt put red dragon when he submited the article, he put Jade dragon and habbo changed it. Thats the only example i can think of because i dont usually have anything to do with FF

What do you mean theres always something 20hc+? One week there was just a holoboy and hologirl another there was just one of everything that had been in the club shop.

There used to be some great rares for funky friday but your right now they are usually rubbish.

Yep, to be honest, everyone wants these super rares, hence this. I suggest if
a related piece of furniture is too small, maybe give more of it or something.
