Smithing can be a money maker.. Buying steel bars making cannon balls or making iron bars can be lots of money. Im not sure. Noone sells steel bars O.o

Yeah but requires lots of work. Im on level 3.

Quest is possible at level 3. And just find runners at every altar. Instead of you giving cash you give double runes or whatever. Or if you want a 99 that's not really common go for mining. Mine tons of coal, mith, addy and rune and roll the cash in even more. Good luck.

Cooking can be used to make cash.. Once you can cook sharks buy them at 900each cook them sell em for 1k each in world 18-22 and make a 100gp profit per shark.

Herblore can be profitable; Make prayer potions sell for more in world 18.

Well you need to understand that no 99 skill is easy and that with most of them, you won't be making a profit.

And to the thread starter, i'd suggest getting to the air altar and hiring runners on w16 ASAP. As soon as you hit level 44 you make 200k+ per hour at least.
