Nothing, You just get awards after every lesson. Something to be proud of I guess, N there for fun, and also to learn you.

Go to the learning center, read the navigation and autopilot information.

There is a lot of useful information there.

Then go to http://vatsim.net and play online if you wish.

well, it lets you like serve meals and stuff to passengers by pressing keys, and you have a co-pilot with like voices, so when you turn to quickly it goes 'WATCH THE GS' as in watch the g-force.

you can get jetways included with some sceneries. Otherwise you open doors.

Jetways do move at airports in FSX. (Not sure at all) But in FS2004 you can get software which install these things into the sim.
