Zybez's is pretty good.

My general rule is anything worth under 1K isnt worth keeping, any coloured robes or other fancy but cheap clothing e.g. quest clothes can be thrown, quest items (especially ones with the "destroy" option") can be thrown, and the rest can usually be sold.
