That layout has infact been on MSN.co.uk for a while you could test it for yourself.

I do not like it. The main content is far to small.

I have a CD of MS Office which I will install at some point this week...

As for the MSN Site, It looks ok, but the banner is far too big and it seems to be focused around the banner advertisement and not the content./
