Ive just eaten a whole tub, I read the calorie list and it said 230 I thought that wasnt to bad I saw at the bottom "Per 50ml serving" ! which means it has like 1000 calories per pot. due to the fact its full of cream and sugar.

häagen-dazs is okay, but like most other people, i much prefer ben & jerry's over that.
