Is there a way where like you could send a message to a certain member and it would reply with an auto message like;

Thank you, your reservation has been confirmed. Your reservation number is; 88888 (or something). Please remember this number as you will need it when you pick up your tickets at the HauntedBARN Ticket Stand. :)

Use a ticket support centre.

You can get them PHP based free on google.

Users post a ticket they get a ticket ID, your staff will then answer it and they will read answers using ticket ID. :D
