Its pretty easy how you do it really

Get the width

Get the height imagesy(), then loop (+1) until it hits the height

inside that loop you would loop the width imagesx() and use the imagecolorat using the height and width you get from the loop. Print the @ with the HEX code

After every imagesx() of it it inserts a <br />

Quite hard to explain, pretty easy once you know how you would do it.
