Well I was thinking about what happend today, Well their was this kid like really annoying everyone then in the running course I tripped him over and gave him a smack (I ain't trying to act big) and now im really feeling guilty as he started crying and I had to do the rest of the training just running and all the rest done ******* sport activitys and paintballing, Now I don't know what to say to him when i next see him, Like saying sorry is pathetic as its just a word? any ideas?

I suggest saying sorry sincerely, say you didn't mean it etc.
