There's no use for the stupid little http://www.habboxforum.com/images/reputation/reputation_balance.gif!!
I mean if they have no rep power, they shouldn't be able to rep at all! Like a popup says "You are unable to rep this person as you have no rep power!"
I just think it's pointless and a waste of space.

It annoys me getting it, but reputation is not all about raising your 'rep level', it's about allowing users to comment on posts they think are particularly good, or inappropriate :)

if a user reps you it means they agree with a post you have made, or appreciate the contents. It does not necessarily have to raise your rep level :)

Ah, good point. At first I agreed with the what the thread starter said. But I think I agree more with what you said actually.
