If he didn't do VIP Features you would all moan that they haven't been done yet. He is simply helping out.

He may only be doing while Wayne is away, it isn't up to me and there may be a reason as to why he isn't becoming a VIP Editor.

As far as I am aware, nvrspk4 is the only person who adds VIPs, Wayne does their features and name changes, however, Tomlegend has been helping out with features and name changes as they have been falling behind.
