I need help - bad!

here is the problem, when i put the .html file and .css file into th Publichtml folder nothing happened, so i tryed to put the images in the folder but when i try and move them it says that the file or directory does not exsist


what should i do?

the site it's sapose to be is www.habstarfm.net
this is liek files ect: habstarfm.db-hosts.net.
